All groups are 5 shots at 200 yards.
Got the 25 gr. and finally had a morning with 0 wind for a hour.

15 gr 2 5 shot groups

25 gr wind started to come up it was only like 2 to 4 mph but it certainly had a effect. The poa on the top group

was the 6. Bottom group poa was held about 5 inches left of the 6

The Hornady 25 gr HP is a great bullet and I use them exclusively in my 17 Remington. As to your question on their effectiveness on prairie dogs? Yes, they are excellent on prairie dogs.
