I called three trips during the summer and spring in WY , it was 90-100 degrees in the afternoon. I found there were no responses after 10:00 am. Then I would go back out about supper time, when it started to cool some. By 10-11am it was 85-90 degrees, it was tough on me and the dog. I would assume the coyote felt the same,stay in the shade and wait to eat later.T.20
