I have a JS preymaster and I want to make it wireless but have no idea where to start or what to do or what to get.
All help and advice will be appreciated.

That's not a option I don't have the cash for a foxpro and if I did I would buy a Wildlife Technologies MA-21

hartshot, I think with all you would have to do to convert yours to wireless you could have a good start to saving some money towards a good used caller. The main varmint season is coming to an end and there will be some good buys in a used caller. good luck, Jesse

I agree with Inthemiddle, save your bucks and see if you can pick up a e caller with remote from someone that is upgrading, but save your J.S. for a spare. You will probaly also get something that has more sounds also.

I'm not buying a different caller. The JS works just fine for me and I already have just about all of the sound cards for it.
I just would like to know how to make it wireless.

Hey HartShot-- You can get a Nady 151 VR LT on ebay for around $100.00 and it's pretty much plug and play. Don't get the one w/ the hand held mic.
Or you can do a search here on PredatorMasters by typing in Nady 151 VR LT

The RC-3 is for the cassette callers. No workie for PM3.

A Nady 151 or 351 is what would work best for what you're wanting to do.

I do have a new 151 in the classifieds, but it's probably several pages back now. I'll go give it a bump so it might show up closer to the top again.

I also sent you a PM HartShot.

He isn't wanting something to turn a speaker on and off. He's wanting to transmit sounds to a receiver and then play those sounds through a speaker.

The RC-3 unit is a totally different remote control device for doing something not even remotely (pun) related to making a PM3 wireless.

By the way, that PC-3 will also raise and lower the volume of a cassette type caller.

I converted mine several years ago with a NADY 151 wireless remote mic.... it's a really simple hook up and easy to mount everything in one of those big 64oz drink cups you get at the local stop&rob convenience stores...

Just cut out the bottom of the cup, slip the speaker horn in that end, secure it with some Barge Cement or JB Weld, fit the receiver in cap end and run your antenna up and around the hadle...pop the cap back on...

The remote and wireless transmitter can be piggybacked together with a couple of wire ties and carried around your neck on the cord, or in your pocket..

Here's a pic of my kit...Looks a little rough, but it's used...

Don't mean to hi-jack thread but are the rc-3's easy to get and do they have decent range? I'm new to the sport and didn't want a lot of investment in calls so the 612 is it for me. I did see the link above and could possibly get one thru wal/mart? Sorry but had to ask. Thanks

I don't think you will find it at Wal Mart. On the page that I linked to above there is a link that shows Johnny Stewart dealers. allpredatorcalls.com is a sponsor on this site and might be able to get one for you if they don't have it. Someone on here the other day was looking for instructions on how to set one up on his 612 and I posted the phone number to contact the company but I don't have it handy now.

He did reply back to me and said that he got his hooked up to his 612 and that it was easy to install.
