It makes me wonder why in hell SAAMI bothers to publish their data if none of the manufacturers are adhering to it. I recently measured 11 different rifles to determine maximum cartridge OAL for the different bullets I use. It was rare that I could even reach the lands of my rifles. Now I understand Sinclair is saying that even the case lengths are no longer valid. We could be trimming our cases about .050" short and not even know it. Turn the rifle building back over to machinists and get the lawyers the hell out of it.It's geting discouraging. Best wishes.Cal - Montreal
