in the software industry I retired from, we had used the term "requirements",
where something like "it shall perform regardless of input errors, must be failsafe, and shall be validated by XYZ"
my first go at AI was to write a python program to extract numeric chronograph data into a flat file
for use in an existing spreadsheet log. I am not proficient in python so AI was my crutch.
the AI did what I told it, but my requirements where vague and inadequate.
So it (AI) taught my to spell out the requirements in better detail, and after a few iterations, I was happy.
