How to fix bolt????

hey all i own a north america arms .22 bolt action rifle but recently the bolt handle came off while i was shooting. i have tried using JB weld twice. first time i ddint clean or nuttin be4 applyin the weld that only lasted 1 shot. 2nd time i roughed up the surfaces a little bit and used degreaser be4 applying the jb weld and this time it last about 45 shots.

any other suggestions?

this gun shoots good so i wanna get it fixed. be4 it broke i shot a 7 shot group that was about an inch. this was at 60 yards. may not sound like a good group but 4 of the 7 bullets made one hole like a 4 leaf clover almost. other 2 were close to this hole while the flier made it 1 inch.

we cant think of any way to fix this thing. my dad thought of usin the jb weld again but this time use a steel punch on the edges where the handle attaches to the bolt to pinch it in there...i wanna find some sort of adhesive be4 i start doin that....

Take it to a competent gunsmith and get it properly silver soldered back on.

I had a 22 do the same thing. I think the smith charged like 20 bucks to put it back on. I gave the rifle back to my dad like 8 year ago and its stell on there.

I have repaired a couple of my fire arms .I purchased my parts from http://www.gunpartscorp.com/. They might have a bolt or the parts you need. You could send it to the firearm manufacture to have it repaired?
