Os,It is fairly common belief among callers, that the higher pitched howls sound like younger coyote and may be less likely to intimidate the less aggressive coyotes who hear it. It is my own belief, that you will call more of the older coyotes with howling techniques anyway. Using higher pitched, non aggressive sounding howls does sound like a good idea though. The "Domain" howl in the demo link was made with my own voice and is about as high pitched as I can get. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
