I'd like to say thanks to Tom Austin, and staff at Night Goggles. They went above and beyond the call to help, equip, and satisfy me, with a just released XD19A thermal imager.

I won't go into much detail, but we had a few problems with the equipment at first, but these were quickly, and efficiently resolved with one on one phone, and e-mail contacts.
I had a problem with battery life in my first unit, and within hours of informing Tom of the situation, I had a return shipping label in hand. 4 days later I had my new XD19A.
I'm pretty sure that the unit I sent back, and the new unit crossed paths somewhere in the shipping process. It was that quick.
There was a "hiccup" with my original order as well, being that the XD19A was barely on the market, and not really in stock yet, but Tom, and Kristen both did everything in their power to ensure I was taken care of in a VERY timely manner.
Tom is a man among men, and his word should be taken to heart, as he did everything he promised to do, plus some.
