Why is he a bonehead for getting rid of a nuisense in a quiet manner while hes deer hunting?

That is a guy from a board I frequent called Texasbowhunter.com he did that about a year and a half ago, it is funny how many spots it keeps popping up.
 
Why get up and take the chance spooking any approaching deer. Just seems like a bonehead move to me. The hog is not going to scare the deer away, but the man getting up and going over to kick it just might, so it's not worth it to me, I'd just wait old porky out.
