I have been trekking through the UP with a hunting partner near the Houghton area. The snow is pretty deep but we have managed to make several stands with no success. We had a warm-up yesterday and got some snow to melt and then freeze so the snow is pretty crunchy now. We aren't seeing many tracks and that is probably from the deep snow. Anyone else go out and try coyotes hunting in this area? Some tips and tricks would be helpful.
