Well I have a 1in10 heavy barrel Howa 1500 that has shot everybullet I have put into it. From 110 to 180 grainers. Shoots best with 148-165 grainers but will shoot anything. But I am saying that their is no need for anything over 165 maybe even 148. 148 is plenty of bullet for any deer, and I would say to big for any yote if you want to save the fur.
