I don't know the brand, I think there's several, but there's a system that works really good.
I just compile my own, so I've never bothered to get a "set."
But it's...
1.) a synthetic fiber liner glove. Very form fitting, wicking, warm for it's very thin construction and very dexterous.
Then... 2.) over that you put wool glommits. Operating the mitten finger cover as needed.
Then... 3.) when it gets unbearably cold, or you're on stand or etc, you put sheepskin lined leather "chopper" mittens over the whole operation.
That set-up will make your hands sweat at 40 below. (First "hand" experience!)
If you don't have that extreme of cold to deal with, the snowmobile glove/mittens are a real good bet.
