I am trying to find a weaver styel or picatinny base preferably 20 moa. This will go on top of a 1909 argentine mauser. I just got the base from egw for a 98 mauser and this does not fit. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I am surprised it does not fit. The 1909 Argie has same receiver as German 98K. Are you sure the egw base is not for the Serbian Mauser? Serbian Mauser receiver is a tad shorter than 98K receiver.
You may want to look into a two-piece base if the one piece does not fit.

Does anyone make a 20 moa two piec base. Yes you are correct the one piece base is too short.

I found a one piece base at brownells. I think Im good.
