I purchased a ATN BinoX HD Day & night binocular.

Do I have to use an IR device with this Bino? I have just used it out my house window at night to try and figure out how well things show up. I can just barely see my back fence. Thank you. Rudy

Website says it has a built in IR illuminator but it doesn’t give any info about it.

I went outside last night and I could see very well into the back yard. Trying to scan through the window or glass doesn't work with IR. I need to get out in the field and put it to use. Between the wind and snow the conditions haven't been too good. I'm thinking it will work pretty good. Thanks Rudy
