Icotec Battery mod

Yeah, curious about this title. The remote still has the original batteries I put in it and the C4 battery pack will last so long I just charge it once a month to be safe.

But, is the extra $100.00 over the Hellcat Pro, with a rechargeable battery pack, worth it? That’s what kinda puts me off about the Icotec callers.

That extra $100.00 for the Icotec battery pack will buy quite a few quality MFK sounds to put on the Hellcat. Just an economical view.

As promised

The battery pack they sell for 100 bucks requires you to remove it to charge it
as the assholes didn't wire in an external port to charge the power circuit ...

My mod allows you to hot swap at the exterior in the field with a new usb
power cell...

Obviously you don't get out into the field much ...
your sounds aren't worth a spit of piss if your battery is dead....

They go dead easy especially in the cold

Here is the link to the battery holders .....enjoy ...
once you go this route on all your equipment
you ask yourself why it took so long to do this ???

Not sure who pissed in your corn flakes but my comment wasn’t to you….reading comprehension is relevant here.
My comment was to Rich taking about the price of the battery pack. FoxPro also sells one for about the same price as Icotec…hence they all run off batteries.
As far as your invention, I’ve never had an issue charging the battery pack or even running it dead and I make long stands.

sorry lol my bad .... I literally read upwards trying to figure out wtf you are talking about ...
and just said hey this guy literally thinks other brands are windup or solar ....LOL

I thought damn he stooopid ...

I apologize

Thanks for all of the info, and , no, I’m not out in the field much because I’m gone from home 5 days a week and that doesn’t leave much time to mess around with things when I’d rather be out hunting when I do have time.

I*m sorry to hear that ...I spent 13 years on the road in lounges at Hotel rooms across the world when I was 25 to 38 as an engineer
for Liebherr out of Germany......I know about the loss of HOME ...it sucks ..
I finally just walked out one day and quit ....ohh the money they had invested in me...
I was drinking too much and it wasn't a good life...

Been self employed ever since and it's another world .....
time to get out and get away from the world .....did I ever tell you people have gone nuts
since 2021 people are Cray Cray !
