Issues with RED X ARMS?

I ordered 3 complete uppers recently,and have not been able to contact anyone regarding the order. I was attempting to make a change to one of them, and get a tracking number. All 3 were supposedly in stock at time of order, and they stated 5-10 days shipping. Anyone else having issues?
 
Yes why yes I am and not happy. Been 4 weeks trying to exchange a bcg that they made a mistake with. They put a 7.62 bcg in the 5.56 upper I bought. They have only returned 1 phone call and that was to tell me to ship mine back . e-mail last friday said it was shipped and I should receive it early this week. Well, tomorrow is Friday and that makes it not early in the week.
 
I tried to contact them for a week straight before I purchased an Upper. Email and voicemails. Nothing back...theres no way I would order anything from them. I have no idea if their products are good or not. If a company doesn't think I'm worth the time to call me back, I'll take my business elsewhere. I then found a company selling RRA Predator Pursuits for 550 new. They answered on the first call. Now I get to wait 60-90 days. lol.
 
Not trying to make excuses for them but I think it is a small shop. May be as busy as all the other firearms folks. Got my stuff from them a couple months ago and shipping, emails, and calls got taken care of quick. Good luck, I am very happy with my red x upper.
 
I am running into the same kind of issue...I ordered a 7.62 BCG and it was in stock...been almost a month now and nothing...left a message that has gone unanswered and now voicemail is full...hasn't returned my email either...grrrr...

yes it's an election year in case any of you are new to semi auto assault type weapons this is normal.

I think you'll find many places sold out. I would guess it to be especially tuff on a 1-2 man operation that has decent prices.
