Jagd Terrier Pups

Hey Fellas,
My Otter-bustin partners have set me up with a litter that is due to be on the ground around the 15th of Sept. These are gonna be about 16-19" dogs, about 23-28 lb. terriers. The sire is a 16"25lb dog,dam is 19"25lb. Their uncle(dam's side)is 28+ last I heard. Bitch is a longer legged, fuzzier, fast running Jagd. Sire is a slick haired dirt dog of the first degree, chased a fox out of an 8" culvert for me and then backed out about 50'. This pair is great w/kids,women and other dogs. Real fur intense(otter, mink, coon, fox, etc.)though, love the water and retrieving, so if you're looking for a hunting partner drop me a message. Double papers. Hunting homes are the first priority.

Howdy, I was just in Friday Harbor a couple of weeks ago on a whale watching trip. Awesome country and we saw a ton of Orcas. Anyways if it's not too much trouble can you send me a photo of the pups when they hit the ground and maybe the parents. How much are you asking for them. Thanks a bunch.

Machias,
Sorry I didn't answer your post sooner but------ the pups are now 6 1/2 weeks old and I'm going to start letting them go when they are 8 weeks along. I have sold one to a fellow over kinda near you. He lives just north of Cour de'Alene. He has 50% down on the largest slick male. They are $300 to a working home and $400 to a "pet" home with a 50% money back guarantee upon return of the pup for one year. She had 7 pups,5 males 2 females. Shawn got the large slick male,I'm going to keep the large slick female. This leaves a medium fuzzy female, large fuzzy (IE. broken coated) male, and one smaller slick male and two males of indeterminate coats about medium to large size. They are all in great health and quite rambunctious. They are eating dry food now and will be completely weaned at end of this week. They have the run of the kennel part-time now and will get full time next week. I'll see if I can figure out how to add a jpg to this board. OR if I can't send me your E-m and I'll shoot ya over a couple.

Aussie,
I am an NWCO and use my dogs to remove or be sure there are NO Varmints under homes when I'm ready to do the clean-up and exclusion work. It's quite costly and real bad work to have to think about returning to do again if you miss one that's under a house. So far they've fought with quite a few, a couple of times there were 2 under at once that they encountered. They have not killed any themselves but have ran them to me where I could shoot them. They have brought young coons out for me though. I charge the clients $50 to run them under a house to check for Varmints.
Take Care, Ken Keithcart / VarmintBusters
