As I said in another post, many years ago the late Bob Carson from the Arizona Bear Society fed me some 'yote jerky. It was friggin good! At least until he told me what it was! LOL! Bob used to make jerky from everything - primarily bear and coyote tho. He told me he had done Mtn Lion as well and that it came out really good. I never had the opportunity to try it tho. Then again I have spent time in Korea - not asking what the food was when I was eating. To each his own! Regular Jerky receipe should work well, Bob's receipe is in "THE CLUBHOUSE" forum. Good eating! lol
