OK here is the recipe: 1cp soy sauce,1cp brown sugar,1cp water,1tsp black pepper,1/2tsp ginger.

I use  this on beef,Deer,Elk,chicken and salmon. for most things soak it for 24hrs as for coyote maybe 3-4 weeks.just joking.


I know 2 guys that say racoon tastes like pork but coyote HMMMM?????
