I will scan my sight in target that was shot with a Edge in a .243 with factory Fed 100gr SP here in a little bit.

One thing that never gets talked about with the Edge/Axis is the scope base mounting. Watch what scope you put on there make sure it fits with the two piece bases or you will have to buy a special one piece base. A Savage 110,111 one piece base WILL NOT fit the Edge/Axis rifle. If you do need a one piece go to Job Bob Outfitters and pick one up from him very fast shipping and was the cheapest. He also has a sale going until the 7th to save you 15%. Edge/Axis mount

It takes the regular 2 piece savage bases, but op has a scope package. I used an extended ring when I mounted on mine, worked well.

Put a Rifle Basix trigger in it. I have an Edge in 22-250 and the trigger was horrible.The gun shoots great.Easily under an inch most of the time under 3/4 inch and it is so much more enjoyable to shoot with a decent trigger.

I know it defeats the purpose( cheap gun) by sticking another 85 dollars into the gun for a new trigger.But I guess I am kind of a trigger snob..lol I don't like shooting with a crappy trigger.
