Third 5th Amendment plea in autopen cover-up; Obama included in “treasonous conspiracy” allegations​

On Friday, in what likely will turn out to be the most stunningly consequential government cover-up in our nation’s history, yet a third Biden White House aide, former Senior Advisor Annie Tomasini, pleaded the Fifth Amendment rather than risk incriminating herself by answering questions before the House Oversight Committee about Biden’s decline and the staff’s use of the autopen.

Tomasini joins longtime Biden personal physician and business associate Dr. Kevin O’Connor and both Bidens’ former Senior Advisor Anthony Bernal, who also pleaded the Fifth. (Keep in mind, because reporting has been misleading, that taking the Fifth means refusing to answer ANY questions, not picking-and-choosing questions to answer. So it’s hard to know what information they’re trying not to divulge.)

Ron Klain, a.k.a “Biden’s Brain,” Biden’s former chief of staff who likely is at the forefront of the autopen scandal, is scheduled to testify Thursday. Since he’s coming in voluntarily, not under subpoena, he can’t plead the Fifth.

Steve Ricchetti, former counselor to Biden, and Mike Donilon, another former senior advisor, are scheduled for the next week. There will be others, too, in coming months.

According to Oversight Committee Chair James Comer of Kentucky in a Sunday interview on FOX News, this week will be “a pivotal week in the investigation.” Comer sees Klain as “one of the last men standing in this.”

(Funny side note: Comer pointed out that famed Democrat Party shill Rep. Dan Goldman of New York previously admitted that “you don’t plead the Fifth unless you’re guilty of something.” Ha, he said it; we didn’t.)

Not only do they want to get the truth out and hold people accountable, Comer said, but they also want to look at “everything that was signed” by autopen, especially during Biden’s last year, including pardons, executive orders and nominations.

“The smoke around the Biden mental fitness theory is a raging fire now,” he said, adding that they’re getting “a lot of good information.” He thinks the investigation will last a couple more months. But then the larger question will be whether or not the documents supposedly signed by Biden are legal. These conceivably could include such consequential appointments as that of Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. (After some of her odd takes on constitutional law, we have to wonder if her fellow Justices would have much of a problem with such a challenge.)

Comer said, “I believe that if this investigation keeps going in the way that it’s going, that’s gonna raise serious concerns about whether or not Joe Biden even knew what was going on around him, much less whether he authorized the use of his signature on this stuff. I think all of these are in jeopardy of being declared null and void in a court of law.” He could say “with confidence” that there’s no evidence that President Biden “had any idea” what was being done with the autopen.

At the same time, he said rules for the use of the autopen are “murky.”

The question is huge for Trump because many of his never-ending court challenges in court now --- some, ironically, from Biden-appointed judges --- are based on Biden’s EOs, orders that Biden might not have even come up with himself. Here’s the Comer interview...

Some information that HAS come out, courtesy of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, concerns the origins of the Trump-Russia Hoax and just how high up this went. (Answer: apparently as high as it gets.) Yes, Gabbard did use the word “treasonous”:

“These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest level of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people,” she posted on X, “and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate.”

The plan to sabotage Trump’s presidency apparently was discussed during an Oval Office meeting on December 9, 2016 (right after Trump was elected to his first term). This is the now-infamous meeting that included Obama, Biden, Susan Rice, Comey, Brennan and Susan Monaco. The plan had already been hatched; we know because Monaco pointedly mentioned during a breakfast that morning attended by top political reporters that Obama had ordered an intel assessment of Russia’s role in the 2016 election. Most of this has been thoroughly covered in the newsletter over the past near-decade (!); at this point, we can’t do better than investigative reporter Julie Kelly to summarize and explain what a travesty this is. These newly-released documents show that, in truth, the intel community did NOT believe that Russia interfered with the 2016 election, and that they couldn’t have, anyway. The inescapable conclusion: Obama’s team just made up their story. And, wow, did they stick to it. (Comey said at the time that his FBI would draft a dissent from the IC’s conclusion. And Comey and Brennan started doubling down on the phony Russia story.)

As you know, the DOJ is already conducting a criminal investigation into “grand conspiracy” on the part of ex-CIA Director John Brennan and ex-FBI Director James Comey, with more --- we’d guess James Clapper, Monaco, maybe even Hillary? Obama? --- likely to be added. Kelly’s piece also includes links to the full DNI report released by Gabbard.

As more comes out about what deep-state Democrats did to poison the last three elections, critics are growing more outspoken. Scott Adams, in his Saturday podcast, took his comments farther:

“...Yes, I do believe that Brennan and Clapper and Obama probably belong in jail. My current thinking is that what they did was a jail-able offense and they did, literally, try to overthrow the government of the United States. Twice: once with the Russia Collusion Hoax, and then a second time with the January 6 Insurrection Hoax, which was probably designed to make sure that Republicans never rose again, which would be another form of election interference.”

These are two well-documented cases, he said, of them trying “to overthrow the normal workings of our elections, and we know exactly who was behind all of them.” (He added Nancy Pelosi, and of course, we add Hillary, to whom all roads lead.)

The next day, however, he noted that even though they were “dirty as hell” and “bordering on traitorous at the very least,” he didn’t see the smoking gun that would PUT them there. To that we would add one word: “yet.”

“Maybe because it’s complicated?” he mused. “And I’m just missing something?”
 
Y'all really think that anything is going to get done about all of this? Come on people. We have already shown them that we are just a bunch of sheep. They do what they want on that hill without any worry of us or the justice system.
 
The swamp is deep and murky. As the investigation is NOT a criminal case, how does this apply?

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
edit: As written it would NOT apply to a witness. Even Miranda does NOT include witness rights. There is some controversy about witness refusal and a court charge. Congress is NOT a court!

anyone pleading the 5th is GUILTY !!

since this is an investigation into the use of the auto-pen. any 5th amendment plea regarding the pardons should make those pardons null and void.
 
Something is definitely rotten in Denmark, I think it's time for the Republicans to turn the tables on the democrats and start playing by their rules and see how they like it!
A good starting point would be the Democrat talking point that "NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW", which appears to be a one-way street as far as they are concerned!
Just thinking, maybe Joe didn't lie about not pardoning Hunter knowing full well that whoever was using the autopen would!
 
Except Joe was wasn't traveling the week before the debate, wasn't even doing anything presidential the 4-5 days before he was "studying". But than Hunter was a drug addict, tax cheat, lied on federal forms, likely had cocaine dropped off in the Whitehouse. Facilitated access to elected officials for money.
 
i would think, if a Presidents family member was an addict, they couldnt just go buy drugs from a dealer on the street. it was either supplied by the secret service or the whitehouse doctor.
 
Most people will forget about it in a week. It will all get swept under the rug while the next scandal is revealed to take the attention of the public away from the old one and onto the new one. There has been a pattern here for the last several years. It seems like there is always a new scandal brewing but there is never any accountability for any of it. Technically there is no rule of law, the law only applies to the surfs and tax slaves while they loot and launder taxpeyer money back to themselves through non-governmental organizations in the hundreds of billions.

What they're doing will eventually sack and destabilize our country from the inside out into total chaos. Between manipulating the currency through the fraudulent fed reserve and keeping us engauged in wars around the world. If you've ever wondered how countries collapse, you're watching it unfold slowly and incrementally in the United States.

There is no greater organized crime organization than these people. This is the mafia on steroids using our governments for their own personal gain and agendas.

MY heart sank to my knees and red flags went off like fire works, and this guy is getting an applause and elected!
Fast forward and those of us red blooded Americans are now followers of a supposed Nazi. I PRAY to God AG Bondi throws the book at these CS for ever starting this Marxist movement!
