Kid Goat Distress

During the coldest part of the winter,I like using a KID Goat in distress..Even if there are no GOATS in your area,you will still have great results using it..Coyotes are just responding to a "Distres" they have no idea that someone hasn't brought in GOATS,,,LOL Try it and watch t work for ya,,Larry

Are you using a Tape with the Kid goat distress on it? If so which company has the tape? Thanks

Johhny Stewart makes the tape I have used and on a cold winter day when nothing else would work it brought in a sneaker for me. I don't have the confidence with it that I do with some of JS other tapes. To me, confidence is everything in the world. Stick with whatever you feel will work and don't make it any more difficult than it already is. But on those days when you need to try everything but the kitchen sink, use the Goat in Distress before the kitchen sink.

Back when I was in high school I was running coons with dogs when they surprised and caught a white-tail deer fawn. The noises coming out of it as I waded in to free the little feller sounded EXACTLY like the distress bleats from my mom's baby goats.
Prolly why the goat calls work, IMHO
