Whipped up a simple lanyard for the foxpro controller. Added a buckle for a quick detach option.

How fast do you blow through the AA batteries in the controller?

Sooner or later, you will be on stand and have the call or batteries crap out. It happens to damn near everyone at some point in time. It's nice to have a call or two on hand to use rather than scrap the stand.
Just this past week i was in AZ set up on a stock tank with fresh bobcat sign. About 5 min into the stand my call went dead and me not having heeded my own advice had no hand calls on hand and had to just pick up and walk away. Would have been nice to of had a hand call on hand to at least give it a chance. Just saying.

@crapshoot is correct. I never thought I would forget my e-caller driving to a stand, but I did last year. Extra hand call and batteries are always the first thing I check before heading out.
