License ?Coyote Hunting Kansas?

Do you need a license to hunt coyote in Kansas?
Went to the Kansas DNR site and couldn't find anything about coyote's.
I'm a Non-resedent(Illinois)and they want $71 for a license...OUCH /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif
Want to get some (Trigger Time ) with my son who is station there, do alittle yoto calling!

Recommendation on where to hunt coyote's in KS would be great to!

Yes, you do need a license. I was there last month as a non-resident. Bobcat, fox or any other furbearer are only legal if you have a non-resident fur harvesters license ($251) and a fur harvester's education course similar to many states hunter education course.

To hunt coyotes in Kansas all you need is the Non-Resident Hunting License which is $71. You do not need the "course" or the Fur Harvester License.

Sorry,if I wasn't clear on that. You don't need the fur harvestor licence or education course for coyotes but you do need it for furbearers including fox and bobcat. But, you do need the non-resident license to hunt coyotes.
