3.5 million candle light is 100 watts of 12 volt power. I use the cyclops I like them they have served me well. Not had one break yet. Its nice because they only cost like $20-$25 So you can have a couple for back up... I have a dimmer on mine so I can turn it up high or turn it down depending on the distance you want to throw. I have some friends that dont use the dimmer and they do well.I am sure lightforce 170 is nice I just have never used them.
