Lightforce on hogs?

I know this is a calling section but interested if anyone uses a lightforce while hunting hogs at night?

If so does it spook hogs?

yep, works great but you must keep light toned down a little. hogs don't like bright lights and there eyes don't shine.

want to do something neat and a little scary? have out fitter or you corn the road for a half mile or so. after dark walk down corn road area in total darkness. listen for hogs feeding on corn. turn on your light force light to see hogs. BUT ONLY ON DIM. shot hog and if you don't flatten him empty your gun and RUN LIKE HELL. it works, been there and done that. ITS A BLAST AND TAKES NERVE.

night hunting can be very productive, be very carefull hogs eyes generally don't shine. I have noticed that they shine better under an LED light.
As far as bright lights I haven't noticed it bothering hogs unless they have been shot at a lot.
I have had hogs stand there like nothing was going on truck running lights blaring never had a problem.
If your sitting in a blind I would leave the light on low and constant until the hogs show up, solar yard lights work great but need to be mounted on a T post to keep the hogs from rooting them up.
good luck and show some pics!
