Load for 223 with Benchmark and 50 grain BlitzKing MOLY bullets

I am a new member and looking for a good PD load for my 223. I shoot moly bullets and have an 8# keg of Benchmark. Can anyone help me with a proven load. I want a reasonably hot load but safe and know with Moly one has to increase the powder charge over bare bullet loads. I also know even with a proven load one should work up to that powder charge to see if my gun is OK with it. Any help anyone can give me and Thanks.
 
There is no such thing as a "proven load" between different guns, and you don't even say what kind of firearm you are shooting it out of. With 8 pounds of powder you have plenty to develop loads that work best in your gun. Can't go wrong using the data suggested by the manufacturer: Hodgdon powder reloading data . Good luck.

I use non-molly 50 vmax in my AR with 26 gr of benchmark and rem 7.5's in LC brass. I am getting 3200-3250 with an 18" barrel. Have not tried this load in a longer barreled bolt gun.
 
Will be used in 2 Savage heavy barrel Model 12 Laminated stock. I know there is not a proven load for my gun = pls see my last sentence where I said even with someone's proven load one has to work up to that powder charge to see if that load works in my gun. What I am trying to find where loads are with moly as compared to maximum. Hodgdon reloading data does not use moly bullets. I am just trying to get a feel for what everyone is doing with moly if they shoot moly. Thanks for anyone's help.
 
Benchmark and 50-53 gr bullets go to together pretty well in the 223 seem especially good with the 1/9-1/12 twist barrels. I usually just start at the minimum load and shoot a couple every 2/10 gr until I see primer or web pressure issues, I will say that I have not found a load at the bottom end, there usually is a good shooting load range in the middle and for summer prairie dogs that's what I go with.
 
I have shot both, work up the same, let the rifle show you what it likes. I tend to stay away from moly, only because of needing to change cleaning products to remove moly residue. I did just work up a load for my 17 rem with the 25 gr berger target bullet, I had 2 boxes of moly coated and decided I should just shoot them for coyote. When shooting moly I only clean when accuracy starts to go away, seems like it takes more fouling shots after cleaning.
