You might also consider looking at the Vortex LR scopes. I just bought a Viper 4-16x44NS LR and while I did have some problems in the beginning it is a great scope. I have yet to shoot it but the glass is clear and the clicks are positive. The LR models come with 2 different reticles and a custom turret is also available.
