it's been said but how far is "long range" for you? some guys its 300 yds some guys it's a mile. what are you going to use it for? do you want/need illuminated ret?
you may want to take a look at IORs as well. glass is better than NF and the fat turret is nice to dial with (25moa/revolution). but they are heavier than NF. used ones are a bargain.
you may also be interested in the Zeiss conquest with target turrets. glass is also as good as or better than NF, turrets are decent, weight is better than any of the others mentioned so far. drawback is internal adjustment. but with a 20moa rail you should get to 1k yds depending on your load.
if those don't work you can move up to the S&B, Premier, and upper end zeiss realm that i've been trying to stay away from because they're a little rich for me.
