Hello. Just received my first Lucky Duck since their remote update.
By no means am I trying to be negative or disrespectful. Just asking here so I know what to expect.
For the price of the call, I kind of expected more. The remote and call have a very flimsy rubber jacket that’s kind of a sloppy fit. Underneath, they feel cheap. Especially the remote. Hollow, Chinese feel. I only mention because I’m concerned about durability. Has anyhow kneeled or put an elbow on one and had it break or crush? Remote seems very fragile. I’ve been comparing to the FoxPro I have and there seems to be a huge difference in overall feel and quality of build. Again, not being disrespectful, just wanting to know what to expect.
Do some buy extra remotes?
Also surprised it doesn’t come with a rechargeable battery pack for $500. From the reviews, seems to be a legit call, but first impression based off feel and looks kinda had me concerned.
