Mannlicher stocks

A post in the Photo Gallery kind of rekindled my intrest here.

I always have loved the Mannlicher style stock on a rifle. Only one I was ever conciously aware of was the 10/22 Int'l. Only because my old man has one. And it never did shoot right.

Anyone know who if anyone makes these anymore?

I know the Remington custom shop will make one, but Remington licks their lips at what they're gonna get out of it and my wallet severly disagrees. Or any manufacturers "custom" shop for that matter.

So production rifles I guess is really what i'm asking here.

I'm probably barking up an empty tree but it's worth an ask.

Thanks!

Mike, there is a Mossberg 151M (.22lr) on Gunbroker right now at a decent price....My step dad had a similar one, but a bolt action, when I was about 12-13 that was his pride and joy, until he found a two round Browning shotgun he just had to have...

Mossberg 151M
We have one of those in bolt action too!

That Mossberg might find it's way here...maybe. I got some time to decide.

I looked over a few of the CZ's too. Not to shabby a price on a few of 'em.

Got some thinkin' to do...

Thanks!
