I would never rely on one manual. If the max load is higher or lower I would use that.info to temper my selection of a starting load.

Exactly. That data is what that specific company came up with for that specific combination of supplies and barrel. YMMV
START LOW AND WORK UP.
The first thing I do is run a ladder test looking for velocity nodes and watching for pressure signs.

Found my sweet spot then leave it alone I do appreciate the help I'm retired and love to play

If it's a good feel and no problem I think 25 25.5 or 26 it's good if 25 is solid I'll stay there. Don't need to go through a car .Dr. tomorrow so after my appointment if I have time I'll try 24.5 25 25.5 maybe 26 I'll have the numbers and decide what's best if I can't test tomorrow I'll do it Thursday

I load gas guns lower than bolt guns, I rely on the Sierra AR15 223 info whenever possible for gas guns. Chronograph is also very useful for determining "safe loads" when substituting components.

Keep a eye on your bolt lugs (excessive wear, or cracks), and gas tube (bulging or burn out), as well as your brass.
If you ever seen a AR series fail you will understand why I'm saying this.

From what I can gather it is basically pull down powder blended to be close to H335. My statement above is regardless if it's Midwest 415 or H335 being used.
Cautions out of the way.
But that last load looks to be very close to your stated goal, and if it was me I stay right there. One could have a 50 fps gain or loss dependent on ambient temp or altitude.

Shot real good I loaded 5 of each number 24.5 to 26.5 everything felt good all grain nunbers felt good accuracy from 50 feet felt just right 25 grains was nice and easy accuracy was there at around 2800 fps was ok this pic was 9mm at 50 ft a little off but the AR shot good my little 9mm not so good at 50 ft,not bad but it's a Springfield Armory 3" xd difference in size on the target

@223Animal
Yeah my little 9mm AR (suppressed and SBR'd almost have as much in tax stamps as the rifle) does really good with subsonic loading. Which honestly is my "house" gun, It's actually pretty quite in a enclosed space. ALLLLL most as quite as the MP5-SD.

I started loading subsonic 223s a while ago nice and quiet got them around 800 to 900 fps sounds like a firecracker I bought some titegroup use 4 to 5 grains unique pistol powder kind of fun,I go shooting 9 miles from my house totally legal like to go on week days only a handfull of people lots of fun

When it comes to subsonics titegroup is the best

Just some info, heading out to do some chronograph and accuracy testing tomorrow, Sunday is not a good time to go, too many idiots it's a legal place to shoot Just to many people I like Mondays only a few people most of them know what they're doing I'll get my numbers and find load that works for me, also maybe a video or picture have my answers by tomorrow.
