CHRISTMAS MORNING AS A OLD MAN
its Christmas morning the house is silent
i wish i had kids still living at home
it was much more fun when Santa still came here
I'm wondering about the excitement my grand kids are having right about now.
i knew i should have had more kids just to hold onto the excitement of Christmas morning a little longer.
my wife told me I'd have to of had them with someone else.
nah it would not be worth that.
i told her not to feed them or they would grow up!
last night was fun with everyone here but Christmas mornings are anti climatic now something seems to be missing
the sparkle in a young kids eyes on Christmas morning will be missed
maybe she will let me adopt?
thank you Jesus for their childhood years and all the joy that they brought me. let them experience the same joy i felt by having them to celebrate your birthday with.amen
