She is there as a result of the BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars democrats have thrown away to NGO's along the border. NGO's are expected to provide trained protesters, at the request of the white house administration. This happens often, anytime the democrats want to protest constitutional protections.

if they ever do allow gun makers to be sued for what people do with a gun, its going to snowball into an avalanche.
