Tried to buy some bullets from these guys today and could not get past the registration . Called their customer service and was advised they didn't care . Had to go to another vendor .I guess these guys have it so good they can waste a customer ?
 
I have had very good luck with Midway, they appreciate your business & are quick to ship, etc, you might check them out at midwayusa.com Good luck.
 
They are lacking in their website, the search function is hideous, but their service has been superior to most for me. Their only downside for me is I have to pay TN sales tax. I would call them back and tell them what your issues were, maybe they will correct the problem.

Ok I don't get it. You tried to order online and it didn't work. You called them. You didn't place your order while you had them on the phone. You went somewhere else because "you had to". You don't see a problem here. They don't care. Ok..........this makes no sense at all in any way.

I've always ordered by phone, and I mean a LOT of stuff in the past several years. I've always gotten great service, and most cases, next day delivery (I live in north Ga). Midsouth is always my first choice when I order shooting and reloading supplies. Sorry you had a bad experience, maybe they were having a bad day.
 
Im not crazy about there website either..but whenever I have got them on the phone they have treated me well, I will echo a previous poster and say if you are done with Midsouth try Midway.
 
Guess I'm the odd man out here, but I have great luck with their website and theie service is awesome. I've been ordering from them for 6-7 years now.

I probably split my reloading component orders 50-50 between Midsouth and Midway.
 
I've been using MidSouth for 6 or 7 years with zero problems. Orders have been accurate and on time. They don't always have everything I want in stock but that's been a problem thruout the entire industry lately. Sorry you're having issues, hopefully you'll give them another chance.
 
I guess I'm pretty lucky, as I only live about 40 minutes from Midsouth. When I want something, I just call in an order, give them a few hours, and drive down and pick it up. Been doing that for a number of years, with zero problems. They are great people to do business with. And, I rarely look at a catalog, I do all my looking on thier website.
 
Midsouth has been number one with me - great prices and great service. Have been using them for a long time.Their website is a lot better than Natchez.

I tried to enter an order from their webbsite last night. They required a password, and I didn't know what it might be. The instructions were to "click here and your password will be emailed to you". I did and nothing was ever emailed to me. Results: Potterfield wins again!
 
Midway is good for me. I usually receive my stuff in just a couple of days. Natchez is normally the same. I always call my orders in though.
