Hey guys, I came across these bullets the other day and they sort of peaked my interest. They say that they come from an "undisclosed bullet manufacturer." Does anyone know who makes them and how well do they perform on coyotes?

They are made by Nosler, they shoot ok but not stellar, and I've read on here they work good on coyotes though I have no personal experience with them on coyotes. I have shot a bunch of pdogs with them and they aren't as explosive as a 32 gr tipped bullet so that might be a good clue they'd be tough enough for coyotes.

I use them. I have a good load that works very well on fox and cats. Have used them on coyotes without any runners but only up close (100 yds and in). Haven't had the opportunity to shoot them further.

Yeah, I bought 1,000 of them a couple years back. Still have 900+ of them. They work kinda sorta OK for ground squirrels but not so good in the accuracy dept. Maybe I need to play with finding a better load maybe. Doubt it though.

A word of warning here. I found a few empty (no lead in the jacket) bullets when I was loading some up. It was pretty easy to tell that it was just the shell but I wonder what would have happend if someone was not very observent and loaded it and then shot it. Would the jacket have cleared the end of the barrel or lodged in in there somewhere? Dunno, but it did concern me a bit at the time.

Like Rusty, I bought some a while back. They were the 55gr SP version. They shot really good in an AR I had at the time. I tried them in a Savage today and accuracy was terrible. Back on the shelf they go.

The price is definetly good for plinking ammo. I have some of the 22cal 55gr soft points and they shoot like chit. The 55gr hp's shoot really well out to 400yds. They do a decent job on yotes too.
