Mojo Triple Threat 2 E-Caller issues

Good afternoon PM Team,

First post so be gentle, I know how hunting forums can be!!! I'm truly at a loss and was hoping someone here could assist. And yes, I've called and spoke with Mojo "Tech Support" and they were unable to resolve the problem.

So, I have a new Mojo Triple Threat 2 and I've tried adding some purchased sounds from the Tony Tebbe sound library and I've completely booger'd up the caller. I followed the instruction exactly according to Mojo and now have a mess on my hands. Below is what I've done so far...

1 - I took the included SD card out and downloaded all the sound files to my laptop. From there, I removed things like turkey calls because I don't need those plus it's illegal in AR.

2 - I added my TT sounds and named the files according to Mojo instructions. File numbers are sequential and fully meet the naming conventions requirements.

3 - Formated the SD card, and copied the new sound files back to the SD card.

4 - Inserted card in caller and performed the sync operations according to Mojo instructions.

5- Sync seemed successful, it ran through it twice actually, and all files were copied including the purchases TT .mp3 files.

The issue I'm having is when I select a specific sound file on the remote, it's exactly 8 sound files off. In other words, I can select sound file 001 on the list and it plays the selected sound file but in the top right-hand corner of the remote, it shows to be exactly 8 sound files off. Even the E-caller displays sound file 008.

I've attempted multiple sync's and it continues to have the same problem. Even the instructions state that sometimes the remote and e-caller get out of sequence and the solution is to re-sync.

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I don't have one either. Have you tried reformatting the card and adding the sounds back. Then doing the sync again or maybe even try using a different SD card.

Welcome to PM, my question is what PC are you using. Mac are not friendly E-callers. So I would make sure you are using Windows.
