Mossberg 835 light mount

I have a 835 Grand Slam with the short barrel. Im looking for a light mount and cant seem to find one. The standard mag tube clamps will not work because of the short barrel... I dont have enough room to mount the light without it being over the end of the barrel. Also the 835 barrel is overbored. Its the same size OD as a 10 gauge. Any other suggestions?
 
Black Electrical Tape holds my shotgun barrel mounted light securely - no problems at all.

I thought about buying a clamp - but laughed at the price.

My setup won't win a fashion contest, but that matters nill to me.

I wish I had known about the beam shot or the other Nebo mount I spent a lot of money to get my shot gun rigged up.

I added a tube extension to my Rem ll/87 then made a magazine limiter to reduce the shells to legal limit. three tube mounts and UTG light and lazer over $200 dollars spent in all.
 
I wish I had known about the Beamshot mount I couldn't find any mount that would work with my vent ribbed barrel so I spent over $200 dollars adding a mag extension and mag limiter three mounts light and lazer.

In the past I used the wall hanger mounts that mag light sells for there lights. I used some double sided tape to stick it to the barrel then taped the light in it with electric tape. I made a battery plug out of pvc pipe and drilled a hole in the end cap to wire a switch between the batteries that I had installed in the stock. So I could keep the weight down on the end of the barrel. Cheaper than dirt carries a lot of gun mounts from UTG you should be able to find something to work that won't break the bank.
