I had been eyeing this AR15 grip for quite some time now. You know an AR15 grip is a grip is a grip! If you have seen one AR15 grip..you've seen them all.

Well...this grip is obviously very different. It is CNC machined from aerospace aluminum and I think has some pretty interesting features.

Number 1, the grips come is two sizes, Medium and Large.

Number 2, the front and back straps come in various styles and colors.

Number 3, the grips come in various styles and colors.

Number 4, the grips do NOT look like any other AR15 grips on the market.

Number 5, the grips do function as intended, at least in my opinion.

Indeed. I look at it this way, the majority of AR15/AR10 parts are CNC machined, why not the grip, too!

Interesting design, but I'll pass. Just can't imagine latching onto a chunk of aluminum in sub-zero temperatures. Rubber is bad enough.

Do they have the weight for that grip listed? I wonder how it compares to a Pmag or A2.

Do they also offer a back strap that's slightly extended like the Pmag grips?

I just saw their 4oz. weight listed on their website.

I really like the Magpul MOE grips. For $20, they're hard to beat. They also have a compartment, in case you want to store a spare battery for optics or whatever else you can think of. I'm sure you could get used to it, but it seems like it would feel really strange in the hand, with those sides machines out. I'm definitely used to a grip that fills the hand.

X2 I would have to totally agree with you.

^^^ Yup, mine has 5 extra .223 rounds, a spare 2023 battery for my VX-R and two pairs of foam ear plugs to prevent rattling. If I have my gun I will have ammo, a fully functioning scope and hearing protection at all times. Impossible to beat at $20 in my opinion. The only time I have removed those items was to shove a hand warmer in the grip on a -15 degree night, but that didn't help one bit.

Not to knock this new grip down, there's a market for anything but I don't understand how this would be better than any grip that's already out there(except if you like the looks of it). I understand the $120 price tag for the machining but I don't understand the machining for a grip.

I agree. Maybe on a tricked out race gun, but it'd look silly on one of my hunting rigs, especially after I get snow or dirt packed in that fancy machinework.
