Mueller Scopes

I'm using an 8-32x44mm on my 22 LR bench/target rifle, it makes for a very nice rig. The scope is clear to 32x but eye position become critical, image is sharp(better than my 6.5-20x 40mm Vortex Viper), tracking has been spot on, and the only minus is the parallax adjustment it is a little loose and you have to turn the SF dial back and forth a little but once set seems to hold ok.

I had a APV 4.5-14x40mm that worked as it should and as clear as a lot of scopes costing much more, I thought enough about it to give it to my nephew for his first coyote hunting rig. Again eye position was critical on the upper powers, tracked well and the AO worked as it should.

My Mueller Holo-scope worked just fine but stood too high on my shotgun so I went back to a 1-4x20mm scope.

hope that helps some.

I bought an APV when they first hit the market. After about 3 months something came loose in the inside of the scope. I called Mueller and got a MRA and sent the scope in. Less than a week later I got a new APV in the mail. It has been on a couple of rifles for a goo while now. It is working as it should. My only complaint is that the eye position is critical at higher magnification or the scope will "wink out" on you. It is a good value for the money and I would purchase another if needed.

Own a couple of Mueller scopes, the 8.5-25x50 Eradicator and the 8-32x44. Nice optics in both and any of their adjustments function well too. Like AWS wrote about his 8-32 and the eye position being critical, kinda have that problem too with my 8-32, but it doesn't brother me .Both are on two of my more accurate centerfire rifles that I shoot on a fairly regular basis. Anyone that's viewed downrange with either of them has been favorably impressed with their optics (at their highest power)....and I talking gents that own some pretty pricey scopes for their benchrest/long range rifles.

I'd not hesitate buying another one.

I have two Mueller scopes, the 2.5x10 (I think it's a 2.5x at lowest setting) and the 3x9. Both are the Sport Dot scopes with the illuminated dot reticle.

The 3x9 has been mounted on and withstood several shots from the recoil of my son's CZ 375 H&H Mag, which speaks of its shock resistant ability. The 3x9 has also been sent UPS from the east coast to Arizona for a coyote hunt. When I took the rifle / scope out of the box and checked zero, it was dead on and I didn't have to even unscrew the windage or elevation caps.

The 2.5x10 has been used on a 6x45 and has held zero really well, and has accounted for numerous coyotes and bobcats.

The Sport Dot reticles are really nice in my opinion, making it easier to get on target quickly due to the dot reticle. Mueller scopes aren't high priced or don't carry the high-brand names, but they are solid scopes for the money - in my experience anyway. I know that some on the forums have had different experiences than mine, but I have never heard a bad word about their customer service.

I had one years ago. It was a 4x16 and I had nothing but problems with it. First one leaked and replaced, second one didn't track correctly and had specs of debris that kept coming loose inside the tube and getting on the objective. Got third scope and sold it!

I would look elsewhere.
