It looks good.  I'd like to hear how it works for you with the coni in the middle like that.  You may find they just steal the bait off the end.  I make similar ones, but I put a coni on each end, and I put the bait in the middle so they have to climb through a coni to get to it.  I've never tried it your way, so I'm not saying it won't work.  You may be onto something.
