Muzzleloader help- TC Prohunter FX sights?

I have a TC Prohunter FX with fiber optic sights. It's shooting about 12" high at 100 yards. How do I adjust the sights? There is nothing in the owners manual or on Wrights sights website about these sights.

Do I need to get aftermarket sights?

I do not really want peep sights... I am more comfortable with open iron sights.

They don't have the normal TC adjustable fiber optics like the Pro Hunter Encore Endeavors do? You just need to turn the screw in the rear sight to bring the sight down closer to the bore

Different sights- they do have a screw in front. I don't know how to post a photo but they can be seen here

Thompson Center says I need a heavier bullet... seems like a pathetic answer. 245 grains with great groups at 50 yards!! But I have to aim about a foot low at 100 yards to be on the paper.
