My impressions on the .204 Ruger

So three weeks ago I got my Boy a NEF Handi-rifle in .204 Ruger. Not really knowing much about the .204 other then what I have read on the Internet. For the past two weeks I have had the chance to go shoot pumpkins and wow its accurate its fast and dang it will put a hole in a pumpkin like no other. My boy loves to shoot it with less recoil he has high functioning Autism and sometimes the recoil scares him off. But not the .204! he cant wait to get out and pop a yote with it. And after seeing what it does on the pumpkins I have no doubt what it can do to a yote. rp

Oh Yea,,, That HSM ammo is good stuff for sure... I buy alot of it for the grandson's Hornet that I gave him a few years ago..
Really puts the smack-down on them So. Nevada Jacks..

Good job. Thats what I started my son out with. .204 Ruger in a breakaction TC. He had so much fun with it, I had to get one for me too.

That's My Grandson. Three buttons popped of my coat seeing how well the Lad shot, beside that 204 he was shooting a 38 snub nose revolver Better than his dad

a 17 HMR rifle, and a Ruger 22 semi auto pistol. The Lad loves to shoot. Can any one guess I am one Proud Grandpa

great job Gentlemen...my son is post heart transplant and has had 3 strokes and I know so,e of the challenges of day to day life stuff.....we are truly blessed to have such wonderfully special children! hats of to him and you!
 
kracker. I have the same gun.For some reason it wouldnt shoot worth a [beeep] when I first got it. It took about 100 rounds threw it to get it to shoot?? Must of had a burr in the barrel or something. It has since caused the demize of many a coyote.Its a lot of fun for a kid to shoot.Even if the kid is over 50Years old.:)
