My New Monopod/Bipod

Hi, Thanks THO I made it and incorperated some unseen features. Have been busy with this and a couple other projects. Have been wanting to get back to you about some calls. Will do it soon.

That's a great looking setup. As one that walks with a cane on occasion, I've been brainstorming something like that for awhile. Your's is better than I had imagined they could be. What did you use for wood, if I may ask? Also; what is the pivoting leg made from?

Hi, Weasel this particular one is made from red oak. Made it hefty. Strong enough to defend yourself. The cross prop is made from a 1/2" fiberglass electric fence post. Spent a little time thinking about it and this is the prototype.

That is a very original idea. Looks good. Like others, i am also wondering what that weapon is. Looks like it has three barrels on it. Rifle, shotgun, grenade launcher? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Ok Guys the bottom gun is an over/under/under. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Just kidding a little. It's a pre charged pellet gun. Top barrel .20 caliber. Middle and bottom tubes hold 3000 psi air. Very accurate repeater. Keeps me in tune shooting all the time.

are you a big air gun fan. a friend said he had a friend that had a 50 cal air gun that you fill with a scuba tank and it would be enough fire power to take a deer any truth to this?

Hi, Cracker yes it's true. This gun fills off the scuba tank and also have a manual pump(hard work). I have put some time and money into the airgun hobby. Have had airguns in the $1000 range. Just like firearms there are wildcatters. This gun is among the most accurate and easy to shoot. It is offered in .177, .20, .22, .25, 9mm. There are larger ones like you say and even shotguns. In some foreign countries these are used to hunt including deer. I quit counting at 6000 kills with this rifle that I have put over 20,000 pellets through. The kills include mostly birds/squirrels/gophers, but also coon 1 coyote and many unmentionables.
