My Savage 10fp .308

Found a slightly used one and since I've wanted a .308 for a while I figured it was meant to be.
Got my scope mounted today and the paint is dry so here are a few pics for ya.

Choate Ultimate Varmint Stock (painted by me)
Mueller APT 4.5-14x40 with Burris XTR Med Rings.

I'll get some better pictures outside but couldn't wait to get these here.

10 shots at 100yds = .70" I'm hoping I can do the same.

I had the exact same setup(differetn scope) a few years ago. hard to beat for the long range stuff.

Pretty Rig...LOVE IT! Now as to the 10 shot group...all it takes is practice and I'll bet that weapon can beat the previous owner's group...in the right hands. That could be you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
