What frequency are you all using on your Nady setups??
Mine has faired well up until I went to a new spot yesterday. My call was full of static and pretty much ruined my stand.
I was wondering what is the best frequency to use?
and
What is the best wireless setup to use?
I currently have a Nady151
thanks for the help

That's the same channel and frequency I am running on.
Have you ever had any static problems out of your's??

just to clear up...
I was wondering what Nady model or other wireless transmitter/receiver would be best...

Overly simplistic answer: the best frequency to use in a given area will be the one that no one else is using at the same time. The Nadys and Azdens and similar cheap wireless mics are in a band that no longer is reserved for their use alone. They may not work at all many places after this year.
/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif sniff, sniff... consolation is that we've had a good long run with this purloined bit o technology.

Bottom line is that we share the radio frequency spectrum with other users. Part 15 of the FCC rules says license-free devices must accept interference. Even a FoxPro, Bandit or WT could have control problems (although not static) if someone else is on the same radio frequency and you've got radio line of sight.

I'm still hanging out here hoping to see my Great Pumpkin wish come true that an MP3 device will soon have wireless streaming tunes to a remote receiver (for example if the iPod Touch or iPhone would just get a firmware fix to allow it, they've already got the WiFi built in). Wifi or BT streaming potentially solves a lot of problems in that it scans for an available frequency (or even hops from one to another), and is digitally encoded to eliminate static.
