Need help understanding a trajectory

If I am reading a trajectory table (45-70 in this case) and the short range table reads
0 at 100 yds
-12 at 200 yds

Long range table reads
+5.8 at 100 yds
0 at 200 yds

What would I expect at +2 and +3 at 100 yds respectively at 200 yds?

For some reason I can wrap my head around the math. Not sure if this is enough info to calculate his or not....

I have my 444 Marlin zeroed at 150 yards, it is good for 200 yards with about 4 inchs of holdover. Most shots are just put on target and it will hit the sweet spot and deer cart wheels right there. 7 deer killed with one shot from 80-220 yards.

Answer is 2.8 high at 100, 6.4 low at 200, zero at 150.

Have fun with it. Great site. Poke around in there. Lots of stuff to learn.
