Need Info on Winchester Bipods

I was in one of the old out of the way gun/bait and tackle stores the other day and noticed he had a Winchester bipod laying in the corner. Still in the package for $24.99 and it said it was good for up to 30". I know everything is judged against the Harris bipods but who has any experience with these bipods? I wish I had got the model number but didn't. I just remember it would reach to 30".

I hunt alone at night and one of my biggest peeves is laying my rifle down or holding it until I see eyes and then switching to my shooting sticks. Would this allow me to have my gun all ready to go? Were most of the Winchester's fixed or would they also pivot. I did a search and the prices all seem higher now so it must be a bit on the older version side.

Edit: Went by the store this morning and I had misread the package. It's a 9"-20" bipod. I assembled it and it's not even close to what I need. Not even sure if the Harris 27" would be tall enough to have one knee on the ground and get a compfortable shot.
