So far this year I have shot about 15 skunks and all of them have sprayed even the one I shot in the head with the 223. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gifThe last one I shot was last sunday I was coming home from a friends house when I saw one standing in the ditch.So I pulled into the trail road we take when we shoot PD's about 50 yards from the skunk and got the 17 out.I wasnt to worried about it gettin away since it was in the middle of the day.When I looked up to see where it was going it was headed right towards the truck about 25 yards away and gettin closer. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gifSo I had to hurry and load the clip and by the time I had one ready to go he was about 15 yards away and still heading towards me until I put a Winchester 17gr V-MAX right between his eyes.I dont think it was anyones pet either cause he still had his stink sacks in him cause he stunk really bad after he died. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
