You're correct. It will concentrate em. It will also very likely bring more into the area. Actually kinda counter productive for trying to reduce numbers.
Coyotes will come from MILES around to feed on a cow carcass here on the plains of CO. They'll feed on that carcass until there's nothing left and then move on. Keep throwing cow carcasses there and they have no reason to move on.
Baiting coyotes is a good way to kill a few. Not such a good way to get rid of them. That make any sense?
